We received a response to our request in the form of an email reiterating the resort's stance on imposing resort fees to exchange weeks.
No documents such as minutes, or resolutions were provided.
We've been told this has always been the rule, but it was being waived.
No mention of when the waiver began, just that it is no longer being waived.
