Was started to enhance, protect, and preserve the interests of independent owners of The Grandview at Las Vegas.

Our goal is to provide helpful information related to the management of your ownership, training and resources to enhance your usage, and connect owners to consolidate voting power and accountability for The Developers and HOA Managers.

Andrea has been an owner of Grandview since 2021. Since that time, she has increased her ownership to more than 5 contracts and has provided free trainings and educational resources to timeshare owners at Grandview and other properties.

With an understanding of timeshare industry trends and how bad debt affects owners, she has also provided guidance and resources for owners looking to divest their ownership.

Inspired by her work as a Certified Public Accountant who specializes in cooperative enterprises; Andrea intends to use the collective model of consolidated interests and pooled resources to amplify the power of owners and preserve and enhance our interests.

This website was created as an additional resource, especially for owners who do not have or use Facebook.
